Full-Stack Developer · E-Commerce Builder · PSU-SITE President · Puerto Princesa, Palawan
I design and build custom web systems from scratch: full-stack applications, e-commerce platforms, and data-driven tools built for performance and real-world use.
About Me
I'm Arthur Baldosano Jr., a web developer and systems builder based in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. I specialize in building full-stack web applications, e-commerce platforms, and academic systems. All custom, all built from scratch, none from templates. I currently serve as PSU-SITE President and manage my own freelance IT practice independently.
On the product side, I independently designed, built, and operate PinnedPicks: an affiliate e-commerce platform curating product picks across Shopee, Amazon, and SHEIN, with a social content strategy driving its traffic.
Selected Work
A curated selection of custom-built web systems, full-stack applications, and independently operated digital platforms. Delivered for real clients, real institutions, and real users.
Top Live Projects
Primary Featured Project · Undergraduate Thesis Proposal
AI-powered academic resource platform built for PSU's College of Sciences IT Students, developed as a significant improvement over Buzy Reviewer. Students and faculty can upload documents and receive AI-generated summaries, flashcards, quizzes, glossary, and key concept breakdowns. The full backend, powered by Ollama (Llama3 LLM Model), runs only within the local development environment. The live GitHub deployment provides the frontend interface only, with GPT-5 Mini API planned for the full production build.
01 - Live Project
A web-based system designed to organize and balance faculty workloads at PSU, addressing a genuine institutional need. Using a high-constraint Genetic Algorithm to further curate and consider faculty specializations, time constraints, maximum teaching loads, and hourly schedule conflicts. The live GitHub deployment is frontend-only. The complete backend, which handles workload computation and data management, runs exclusively within the local development environment.
02 - Live Business
PinnedPicks is an independently owned affiliate e-commerce platform I designed, built, and operate.
It curates product picks across Shopee, Amazon, and SHEIN covering Fashion, Electronics, Health and
Beauty, and Trending categories, presented in a clean discovery layout without requiring users to create accounts.
Built entirely from scratch and deployed on GitHub Pages. Traffic is driven through a Pinterest-based social content
strategy running alongside the platform. This project demonstrates full product ownership: concept,
development, deployment, and ongoing marketing, not just the build.
03 - Live Project
A lightweight, no-login stock market viewer built for instant access to real-time market data. Users can search any ticker symbol and view live stock information without creating an account or entering any personal information. Built around the principle that financial data should be frictionless to access. Clean interface, fast lookup, and zero barriers.
03 - Live Project
The direct predecessor to IARMS, Buzy Reviewer was built as a foundational school project exploring interactive study tools. It served its academic purpose and informed the development of IARMS, but was not designed as a public or production-ready platform.
Freelancing Projects
04 - Freelance
A complete class and school website delivered for a paying client using Google Sites. Covers all required content areas with clear navigation, organized layout, and a professional finish suited for an academic audience.
05 - Freelance
A client-facing product discovery web layout built as a freelance deliverable. Format 1 explores a structured editorial approach to product presentation, designed for clarity, ease of browsing, and clean visual hierarchy.
06 - Freelance
A second iteration of the product discovery web format, exploring an alternative visual and structural direction. Format 2 refines layout density, browsing flow, and interaction patterns as a comparative freelance study.
For Fun Projects
07 - Personal · For Fun
A creative frontend build inspired by Cyberpunk 2077, exploring immersive UI design, dynamic visual elements, and game-inspired interaction patterns. Built to push the boundaries of expressive frontend design using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with no framework dependencies.
08 - Personal · For Fun
A creative frontend build inspired by Death Stranding, experimenting with atmospheric visual design, layered UI elements, and game-inspired interaction flow. Built entirely in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as a deliberate exploration of mood-driven frontend aesthetics.
